This family-friendly Sedona vacation home is located in Sedona, within 2 mi (3 km) of Broken Arrow Trailhead, Gallery Row, and Exposures International Fine Art Gallery. Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village and Lanning Gallery are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
The regular check-in time is 4pm – 10pm, and checkout time is 10am. We will message you if early check in option is available.

Yes, this property has an outdoor pool and hot tub. The pool is heated year round, and hot tub is heated per use basis. The heating cost including in your booking price.

I recommend Clark’s market at Village of Oaks, good quality food, no traffic. If you drive from Phoenix, it’s on your way to the house, about 10mins drive. There is also safeway and whole foods in west Sedona.
