The direct booking option is only available to our past guests and their family and friends. Please message the past stay info with booked dates and names.
Frequently asked questions
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

We will message you if early check in option is available
Yes. We will message you a detailed document about different hikes, restaurants or places to go after your booking is confirmed.
The max occupancy are 11 adults
No pets, no smoking, no party or events
Be responsible for your own safety while swimming.
Please park on the drive way, not in the cul-de-sac.
No muddy shoes or mountain bikes inside the house.
Please keep the telescope for indoor use.
Drone flight is not allowed near the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m.- 9 a.m. please respect the quiet neighborhood.
I recommend Clark’s market at Village of Oaks, good quality food, no traffic. If you drive from Phoenix, it’s on your way to the house, about 10mins drive. There is also safeway and whole foods in west Sedona.
